My university in Como, Italy. The stairs in the new building. But they gave us a room without air conditioning in the old building and we are paying the highest fee in town.
They don't even provide a proper table for final examination, instead they provide some wood plates. 
Ever wonder what causes the low efficiency in the Italian society? picture shows couple hanging around in the computer lab while the guy playing tennis virtual game while the girl friend just sit there and watch...and they seems happy doing it! A bunch of other students even use their computer lab to polish up their CS or Vietgong skills...mf
